The scope of this commission includes the review of the Capital Buildings Board, Operational Property and Projects sub-Committee, the Markets Board, and any other associated committee. ### Requirements: - Review of the Member governance arrangements of COL projects (corporate projects and major programmes) Make recommendations (as part of the wider Project Governance review) for improvements to Member governance to support the implementation of a portfolio management approach across the ### Corporation.
