St Edmundsbury Estate consists of 10 blocks of low-medium rise blocks. These blocks include areas of reinforced concrete, including but not limited to Cills, lintels, communal walkways and private balconies. Due to the age and deterioration of these elements, Freebridge Community Housing requires services to Hammertap survey and make safe spooling areas of concrete whilst testing to ascertain the cause of the corrosion and protect the resulting exposed steel reinforcement. The completion of these works will enable a long-term holistic remedial solution for the estate to be established. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. ## CPV classification Concrete work Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/d5a295d9-7b69-4ce1-8fe2-cc501bf837db) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
