Works are to include City of London School catering facilities upgrade, with works elements comprising of strip out/demolition, internal finishes, fittings, furnishings & equipment, services, builders work in connection with services, UKPN substation, and fireproofing to improve the Kitchen and Canteen facilities. This will be a Design & Build (Single) Stage procurement using Design & Build JCT 2016 (Single Stage).
