This varied portfolio, the largest of its kind in Europe is managed by the Investment Property Management Team within Investment and Valuation Division. It is anticipated that the contract will commence week commencing 1st October 2023. The successful provider will be a skilled and experienced Locksmith(s) and have a successful track record of delivering locksmith services to customers with a similar footprint to the city, for both planned and reactive/emergency call out work. The Council will be using its free to use e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this procurement process and potential suppliers must register with the system to be able to express an interest.
