Bidders will be required to clearly demonstrate how they will respond effectively and efficiently to the community needs of Eastleigh Borough, promote sound training opportunities and support governance, and show forward-thinking strategies around developing the resilience of the voluntary sector in the context of diminishing local and national resources.
