These will set out the level of housing and employment for each urban area as well as requirements for other land uses including school places, care homes etc, • Rural settlement Hierarchy with proportional growth targets for each settlement. A heritage impact assessment on the draft Regulation 18 Part 1 plan is required to identify potential impacts of strategic site allocations on heritage assets.
