These are collectively known as The Councils. This contract will be let with two lots lot 1 SCDC and lot 2 CCC. SCDC has a housing company (Ermine Street \[ESH\]) and CCC has a housing company - (Cambridge City Housing Company \[CCHC\]). It is important to note that The Councils shall require separate invoices for both the authorities and companies for legal and accounting purposes.
