Derby City Council require that the SCRIM survey is performed on their Maintenance Hierarchies 1-4 network, 100% both ways on an annual basis. This contract is to perform these surveys over a two year period, with an option to extend for up to a further three years subject to satisfactory performance, funding and mutual agreement of both parties.
