The key elements of works include: - Possible Development of RIBA stage 2 level design. - 2.6km of footpath, cycleway and boardwalks to create a walking route - New 32 space car park with cycle parking and access road from Clay Lane and pedestrian crossing across Clay Lane to connect walking route - Landscaping and earthworks to create Ecological wintering bird nesting scrapes, visual and noise bunds, flood compensation areas and biodiversity net gain features The estimated budget range is £1.75m to 2.25m (subject to change) The purpose of this engagement is to gain feedback from potential suppliers on the best route to market via one to one sessions.
