The appointed role is to act as Employers Agent/Project Manager. The Consultant shall carry out and complete the services listed below and all such other services as are reasonably incidental to or reasonably flow from those set out or could reasonably be expected from a competent consultant experienced in providing project management services on projects of a similar nature to the Development.
