Oak View in Nottingham is in the East Midlands region of England. The postcode is within the Radford ward/electoral division, which is in the constituency of Nottingham South. It is one of 5 Towers on the site built in the late 1960's and owned by Nottingham City Homes. It is a purpose built block of flats that comprises of 93 flats over a total number of 15 floors. It is scheduled for refurbishment works in line with the ongoing High Rise Living Project in progress throughout the City housing stock and works have already completed at Winwood Heights, Sherwood; Bentinck Court & Manvers Court, Sneinton.
