The catering provision should only be provided during the official opening times for Dinosaur Isle, (Tuesday to Saturday only (closed Sunday & Monday) 10am until 4pm with our last admission at 3pm) further details available at [dinosaurisle.com](https://www.dinosaurisle.com) . The operator will need to provide all the necessary mobile catering facilities and will be in the form of a mobile catering outlet. Further information about the opportunity to provide a mobile catering unit at Dinosaur Isle can be seen in Sections 5 and 6 of this document. Expressions of Interest must be submitted by providing the details the requested in Schedule 1 of this document.
