These auditors have to be registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW). To provide a 'reporting accountant' facility to Oxford City Council Benefit Service for the completion of the audit of the annual claim form starting from 2022/2023 to the DWP for Housing Benefit expenditure.
