This is a bi-annual event to take place in October/November (Autumn) to build a temporary sea defence (sand bund) and in March (Spring) to demolish/level temporary sea defence and prepare beaches for concessions to set up. The Contract is anticipated to commence in March 2023 for a duration of 3 years and 9 Months.
