Additional refurbishment works are also to take place to the staircase, upstairs corridor, office and refs room (kitchen). Note that this is a live Police Station and that the works are adjacent to a busy covered car park. The building must remain fully operational during the works, any disruption to services must be notified in advance and agreed, the excavation works for the new below ground drainage must be notified, and a suitable time and agreed well in advance, clear a free access for all vehicles must be maintained at all times.
