Contractors are invited to tender for the subcontract (SC) works package, based on the enclosed information and Bill of Quantities. All correspondence, communication and bid submission must be made through Pro-Contract. Should your bid be successful you will be required to enter into a SC agreement based on an NEC3 Option A (Priced contract with activity schedule) Subcontract.
