The BBC, together with the European Broadcasting Union EBU, will organise the Contest in consultation with UA PBC, Ukraines public broadcaster and last years winners of the Contest. Tender Brief, Designing, producing, and retailing new and existing destination merchandise alongside exciting, attractive, vibrant, fun, and flamboyant music, destination, and European themed festival related products, targeted at delegations, visitors, and residents, for the avoidance of doubt, not including the Eurovision Song Contest logo or brand.
