The assessment will inform local and future commissioning of Victim Services. The assessment will need to take into consideration the current economic climate and the impact on services. The Commissioners require a specific focus on children and young people, and victims with protected characteristics in order to ensure that services are accessible and inclusive for all victims. Three individual needs assessments are required across the populations within the force areas of South Wales Police, Dyfed Powys Police and Gwent Police. We require one provider for all three areas.
