The scheme requires obligated energy suppliers2 to deliver energy efficiency and heating measures to homes in Great Britain3. These measures aim to provide energy savings to help households keep their homes warmer and more comfortable to live in, reduce their energy bills and reduce their carbon emissions. The Government's Clean Growth Strategy4 has an aspiration for as many homes as possible to reach EPC Band C by 2035 where practical, cost effective and affordable. ECO is one of several key policies which will help achieve this, with a particular focus on bringing down bills for low income and vulnerable households. ## CPV classification Research and development services and related consultancy services Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/b0e4dc70-6786-4adf-9e03-9d2e2f728f8a) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
