The scope and scale of the work can vary dependant on resident needs, but a typical job would involve the contractor removing a bath and installing a new level access shower, sanitary ware and non-slip flooring. Contractors are currently being appointed using Plymouth City Council's Adaptations, Repair, Maintenance and Improvement (ARMI) Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), administered by Independence CIC. There is a significant pipeline of work available so contractors not already registered can learn more about the DPS and can apply for admission by visiting [incic.org.uk](https://www.incic.org.uk/).
