The SSRO is the custodian of the single source procurement framework and has several functions under the Act and the Single Source Contract Regulations 2014. The SSRO is seeking to appoint an external organisation to undertake its stakeholder survey and produce a report setting out the analysed and benchmarked results with commentary.
