The service provides a range of supported housing options and community support. The service aims to: - Enable young people aged 16-24 to address conditions that result in them living often chaotic lives and subsequently having multiple and complex support needs. - Support young people from 16 years of age who are in the care system to transition into adulthood and independent living. - Prevent 16 - 24 years old being placed in inappropriate housing, including out of area placements and prevent anyone being placed in a bed and breakfast. - Enable young people aged 16-24 to develop life skills which support them moving on from specialist support services and living independent lives. - Improve the health and wider wellbeing of those accessing the service, and reduce the number of people experiencing repeat homelessness, relapse and an escalation of negative behaviour.
