The Council has an existing contract for the provision of Housing repairs and maintenance which commenced from 1st April 2014 and is due to expire 31st March 2024. The Council is currently exploring its recommissioning options for the future delivery model of these services including capital improvement associated works. The purpose of this soft market engagement is to inform us of the level of interest from the market sector. It will offer you an opportunity to hear more about the vision of the Council and wider strategic priorities and in turn, the Council will invite your views on service delivery that will inform how we shape the final procurement strategy and specification.
