The appointed contractor is to undertake the role and duties of Principal Contractor on the site, properties within it will be fully occupied and in use throughout the contract. The Contractor will need to be fully compliant with all Health and Safety regulations and in accordance with the CDM 2015 Regulations. ### Site Visit Contractors must visit the site and ascertain for themselves the exact nature of the proposed works.
