The partnership will foster shared values and principles to enable better outcomes for the looked after children and young people of South Gloucestershire. This partnership will run for up to 10 years. Working in partnership with Social care, Education and the Integrated Care Board (ICB) the homes will deliver an integrated model of care to meet the needs of children and young people including complex emotional and social behaviours, reunification and those young people over 16 and working towards independence.
