Further and as a result the issues identified prevent LFC from concluding the procurement, treating bidders fairly and equally and from identifying the most economically advantageous solution. As such, LFC has made the decision to abandon the procurement and has notified bidders in accordance with Regulation 55(1)(b) Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
