The roles and requirements will include, ### Scope of Works Works to planning submission: • Issue energy strategy document • Attend client / DTM's meeting • General planning support Works to contract award (Stage 3 - Tender): • Issue full MEP package for tender • Undertake stage 3 MEP design • Undertake stage 3 calculation • Issue stage 3 MEP specification • Issued design Stage 3 SAP calculation / Part L calculation • Issue energy strategy document • Attend client / DTM's meeting Works to construction period (Stage 5): • Contractor design, general checking role In line with the Council's CPR's, the route to market utilised was through Constellia neutral vendor framework.
