This brief represents the first stage of the tender process, and will be used to determine a shortlist of 4 - 8 parties that will be invited to tender. The objective is, as Lead Designer, to assemble, appoint and manage a consortium of designers and place makers to successfully design and submit appropriate planning application(s) for a high-quality mixed tenure development within the Lund Quarter development parcel of the approved masterplan for the Carpenters Estate regeneration.
