Allow for cut edge repair treatment of roof sheet where it shows corrosion & treatment of corrosion of fasteners. Allow for cleaning of cladding. Allow for safe access. See attached document for photos. Minor repair & repointing of brickwork - some sections of the first 2 courses of brickwork require some repointing, due to rain splash back.
