Phase 2: will cover checking that record information is present for systems to be Risk assessed i.e. Schematics/ plant information / logbooks. • Water systems and air conditioning plant: buildings that require chlorination to tanked systems • Existing Site LP database outstanding issues. Phase 3: will cover compilation of Water Quality and Air Conditioning Risk Assessments for all necessary systems.
