The provided document in the specification section shows photos of the existing setup, and all equipment needs to be replaced with similar units geared towards ages 3-10. Due to the environment, the equipment will need to be hard wearing/saline resistant with an ideal lifespan of 15+ years. Our client has assessed the existing surface condition as fair, with some shrinkage around the edges.
