PHA is looking to work with bidders who are able to provide the construction services to deliver the new scheme. The Scope of the Services is as follows: PHA is seeking an experienced Contractor to complete the construction of a block of 14nr flats. The scheme will be fully designed and procurement will be to a Traditional JCT Building Contract. PHA intend to source a compliant Contractor to take on the construction works to this site. The Contractor will need to be fully compliant with all Health and Safety regulations and any other industry requirements.
