The North Middlesex University Hospital Site is a circa 1.77-hectare brownfield site, located on the North Middlesex University Hospital site in Upper Edmonton, within the London Borough of Enfield. GLAP is seeking a development partner with suitable capacity, experience, and resources to design and deliver a residential-led development that incorporates a 3,000m2 new office space to be leased back to the NHS Trust.
