We are looking to recruit a Legal Assistant (Employment) in our Civil and Business team who shares our vision. The ideal candidate will have 2 years' practical experience of employment law, working within a legal team or equivalent environment. They will also have some experience of providing advice and assistance in relation to employment cases, including employment tribunal case management and preparing settlement agreements. Qualification: 5 GCSE's at grade C and above (or equivalent), including English Language as a minimum. The candidate will need to be proactive, work well under pressure, self-reliant as well as work as part of a wider team. The successful candidate will gain considerable exposure to a varied workload with a high level of responsibility and extensive client contact. Sandwell is in the heart of the Midlands and 10 minutes train ride from the centre of Birmingham and is a rapidly expanding, vibrant and diverse place to live, work and play.
