The service provider will be expected to demonstrate high quality in all areas of service delivery, project management and staff development, ensuring creativity of approach to flexibly meet the needs of young people/parents and families. The Service will promote the mediation and disagreement resolution aspects of the service as an opportunity to resolve disagreement before an appeal to the Tribunal.
