This training will help build a better working relationship between the ICs and Babcock Marine, the training will also aid ICs in understanding their roles and responsibilities within the FMSP contract. The successful delivery of the training will drive up productivity, encourage a rich communication environment within the FMSP team and Babcock Marine and empower the IC to carry out their role.
