Gentoo are currently arranging for all service disconnections, and these will be completed prior to the Contractor starting on site. There will also be a requirement for the demolition Contractor to remove all identified Asbestos Containing Materials. Once all demolition has been completed and all waste removed from site, the Contractor will be required to import the correct amount of topsoil to lay where the properties once stood and to lay grass seed within this area.
