L&Q is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced contractors (each a "Candidate") in relation to entering into a contract with London & Quadrant Housing Trust and L&Q Energy Limited for the provision of the Works (the "Contract"), as further set out in the specification and Heads of Terms published on the Portal.
