Since devolution of health services in 2013, health programmes are implemented at both the national level and at the county level. The UK's investment of over £100m to improving universal access to health and the substantial resources in terms of technical services provided by GoK has helped scale up services across Kenya. This phase (2) is designed to transition to full GoK ownership and financing. EME is Thursday 26th October - 09:00am BST.
