This Provider List is to enable the Council to source a sufficient number of qualified Section 12 Doctors who can carry out Best Interest Assessments under the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards. This notice is to reopen the DPS, on 1st June 2018 a contract notice was placed on OJEU with the reference 237709-2018-EN to establish the DPS and Approved List (APL). Please note this opportunity is for new providers to join the list, and existing providers do not need to reapply. This contract will commence on 1st February 2024 until 30th June 2026 with no option to extend. Service providers are invited to view the documents and submit their tender to join the APL before this round closes on Tuesday 16th January 2024 at 12 Noon.
