The works will involve all aspects of plumbing service and heating installation services, to include works internally and externally, for example replacement of toilets seats to full replacement of bathrooms in LFRS offices and accommodation. The works will be required at LFRS premises across Lancashire including leased premises The tendering process will be split into 'Lots', according to different regions The tender will be awarded as one (1) or two (2) or three (3) contracts as follows: • Lot 1 North and West Area • Lot 2 Central and Southern Area • Lot 3 Eastern and Pennine Area A Maximum of one contractor will be appointed per lot.
