The anticipated value of the contract is approximately £500,000 ex VAT per annum, with a total value, with extension options of £2,500,000 ex VAT, note there are no guarantees on spend levels. For the purpose of this tender award and any subsequent services which may be connected with the original award we reserve the right to spend a further 30% of the anticipated spend subject to any funds made available to the University, subject to changes to requirements across the University for the duration of the contract.
