The project will support and protect the provision of the 35,000 meals per day cooked in Nottinghamshire schools using local sustainably sourced produce. The Worksop production kitchen needs A Modular Freezer Building on site to provide a space to store meals produced and include a blast freezer as part of the production process. The current units are rented, dated and inefficient.
