The works include, but are not limited to: - Cladding remediation works - Removal of existing roof coverings from upper and lower roof areas and provision of new insulated roofing system - Modification of mechanical and electrical services to accommodate the remediation/refurbishment works The full technical specification can be found in the tender documentation which will be sent to you once you have expressed your interest.
