We are issuing this notice to establish prequalified suppliers from whom we may seek future quotations for the scope of works identified herein, subject to the applicant satisfying the minimum requirements noted below. For the NEARS on the M6 Junction 21 our primary intention to utilise in-house expertise or to supervise and manage self delivery of drainage and earthworks, and as such we may only use this exercise for contingency labour where capacity and/or resource dictates that we seek external support. This notice will remain live for one week, however SMPA reserves the right to extend or reopen this notice thereafter, or to otherwise provide future opportunity for further registration with regards this scope of works or finally to not use in any instance.
