NG250QF. Due to the presence of great crested newts within the basement the works will need to be carried out in two phases. The ground and upper floors from August/September this year and the basement will need to be completed in April/ May 2024. There is also a requirement for the asbestos removers in the basement to be trained to deal with the newts if they were to encounter them.
