The funding here allows for additional capacity in ADASS' national team. This allows for several activities as detailed below. ADASS will facilitate collaborative working across the adult social care sector, particularly amongst local authorities. ADASS will ensure local authority operations are informed by organisations representing service users and people with lived experience such as CPA, CSA, Confed, NHSE, LGA, NAO, OPG, CQC, LGSCO and others.
