Hereford Council is currently updating the Core Strategy which was adopted in 2015 and the new Local Plan will guide future development of the County to 2041. This is a comprehensive update of the strategy. A viability assessment of the whole draft Regulation 18 Part 1 plan is required to: • inform the robustness of the policies and proposals • demonstrate the deliverability of the strategy and policies • help develop the process of infrastructure delivery planning • develop background work to inform the preparation of a charging schedule for Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) or its replacement.
