In Greater Lincolnshire major product categories in which the area is a national leader (such as fish, meat, vegetables, salads, fruit, chilled ready meals and cut flowers) are all dependent on the cool chain. A study is therefore proposed to look at: - market trends which will change the demand for cool chain infrastructure; - mapping and categorising the current stock of infrastructure; - identifying exemplar approaches to energy efficiency and carbon reduction; - exploring how local expertise can help deliver more efficient cool chain solutions; - developing a plan for investment in the cool chain; and - setting out the investment opportunity for local businesses and external investors (e.g. 3PL providers). ## CPV classification Research and development services and related consultancy services Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/7d49db9f-045d-4150-b361-a5406993f24c) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
