In addition, the service assesses, monitors and reviews all children who are provided with, or may require habilitation training.\\r The service works in partnership with the Qualified Teachers of Vision Impaired Children and Young People (QTVIs) from the Vision Team to support the CYP on the Vision Team Caselist. This support can be at home, pre-schools, schools and further education colleges. The work of the service in supporting young people between the ages of 0-19 puts the family very much at the centre of the process.\\r The habilitation work in most cases will be carried out within school terms however some provision will have to be made for training within the school holidays.\\r Bromley Council are looking for a suitable and experienced provider that meets all the requirements of the specification to carry out this service.
